2. The groove on the cam of the water pressure switch is worn or damaged. Generally, it can be solved by replacing the cam.
Fault 2: The water inflow must exceed the set water level before it stops.
Analysis and maintenance: This phenomenon shows that when the actual water level has reached the specified height, the air pressure in the air collection chamber of the water pressure switch still does not reach the specified value. The water pressure switch will only operate if the water level continues to rise.
The specific reasons and treatment methods are:
1. The air guide nozzle of the air collection chamber of the water pressure switch is blocked or leaks. Just remove the debris at the air guide nozzle; or seal the leak with 401 glue. If the air hose is aging, kinked, or ruptured, and leaks, replace the air hose.
2. The pre-compression of the water level control spring of the water pressure switch is too large. Just unscrew the adjusting screw to reduce the pre-compression of the water level control spring.
3. Deformation or damage of the reversing ejector rod and transmission parts in the water pressure switch. It can be solved by repairing and correcting. In severe cases, replace the water pressure switch.
Fault 3: When the program enters the washing state, the motor rotates normally, but the pulsator does not rotate.
Analysis and maintenance: This fault mostly occurs in the mechanical transmission part between the washing machine motor and the wave wheel.

1. The fastening screws of the motor pulley, clutch pulley and pulsator are loose, slipped or broken. Just re-tighten or replace the fastening screws; if the square hole of the pulsator is rounded, replace the pulsator.
2. The V-belt slips or falls off. Just increase the distance between the motor and the clutch appropriately and rub some rosin powder on the V-belt to increase the friction. If the V-belt is aging and deformed, replace the V-belt.

Fault 4: When washing, the dewatering bucket is rotating.

1. If the brake belt is loosened, the braking torque of the brake belt to the dehydration shaft is reduced. Just reinstall the brake belt.
2. The brake belt is severely worn or damaged. The position of the pawl can be adjusted appropriately by rotating the adjusting screw to increase the braking torque of the brake belt to the dehydration shaft. In severe cases, the brake belt should be replaced.
The specific reasons and treatment methods for the counterclockwise rotation of the laundry equipment dehydration barrel are:
1. The torsion spring of the clutch falls off, breaks, or the torsion spring and the dehydration shaft are too loose and slip, causing the torsion spring to lose its anti-reverse function. Just reinstall the torsion spring or replace the torsion spring, and replace the reducer in severe cases.
2. The clutch brake band is loose, worn or broken. Just re-tighten or replace the brake band.
3. The clutch brake spring or shift fork spring of the laundry equipment is too soft or broken. Just replace the clutch brake spring or shift fork spring.
